Yoga Day with Miss Kerri Berri

03.12.23

Children will be participating in Yoga with Miss Kerri Bonich.

Please send your child dressed comfortably for movement

Miss Kerri began practicing yoga in 2015 and had never felt so connected in mind and body.  She began to explore the ways this could help her son who was struggling with sensory issues and an ADHD diagnosis. In 2017 she started her journey in teaching children yoga and mindfulness through Kidding Around Yoga, and created Kerri Berri Kids Yoga in Sarasota, Florida.

She moved to Pennsylvania and began a course through Yoga Renew to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).

Kerri says nothing compares to the fulfillment she feels when teaching children. Having recently brought Kerri Berri Kids Yoga back to life in Pennsylvania she is now joining the WellKind Community to share the practice with our Young Learners.
